The County of Humboldt, CA as sponsor for California Redwood Coast-Humboldt County Airport (Airport) has established an Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) Goal in accordance with 49 CFR Part 23. California Redwood Coast-Humboldt County Airport is a primary airport and has received federal funds authorized for airport development after January 1988 (authorized under Title 49 of the United States Code). The County of Humboldt, CA as sponsor for California Redwood Coast-Humboldt County Airport has signed airport grant assurances that it will comply with 49 CFR part 23.

The Airport has established a fiscal year 2025 annual ACDBE goal for car rental ACDBE participation of 0.02% of the total dollar amount of annual car rental concession gross expenditures. Potential car rental expenditures include: Petroleum bulk stations and terminals, Petroleum-Fuel Sales, Towing Services, Locksmiths, General Automotive Repair, Automotive Body, Paint, and Interior Repair and Maintenance, Automotive Glass Replacement Shops, Automotive Oil Change and Lubrication Shops, Car Washes, All other automotive repair and maintenance, Motor Vehicle Supplies and New Parts Merchant Wholesalers, Tire Dealers, Automotive Parts and Accessories Retailers, New Car Dealers, Used Car Dealers, and Insurance Agencies and Brokerages.

Furthermore, the Airport has established a fiscal year 2025 annual ACDBE goal for concessions other than car rentals of 0.19%. Anticipated non-car rental concession opportunities during the goal period consist of food, beverage, and parking.
